Many of our commercial painting projects involve multifamily apartment or condominium complexes where we come in and repaint the walls in between residents to freshen up the walls and patch any nicks or holes in the walls. These are a few pictures from one of our projects at the Hamptons Apartments in Lakewood, Colorado.
A number of our customer properties are upgrading the interiors of selected units with upscale appliances, carpet and multi-color paint schemes. When completed, these units command a significant rental premium in today’s competitive market. Because of our skill and experience, CalCo has been selected to implement these multi-color decorating schemes that are more demanding than the typical all-white apartment repaint.
The turnover between tenants needs to happen as quickly as possible to increase your profit margin. We understand this which is why we work on scheduling the correct time to complete your multifamily unit and get the job done right the first time so we do not hold up the process any longer than it has to. We finish our projects cheaper and quicker than our competition due to our knowledge, experience, and equipment.
We do our best to acommodate "emergency requests" for those managers who may have forgotten to schedule a repaint. We make every effort to help our customer, even if that means we put together a last minute painting project throughout the night.
